Click on “add to cart” and the item will be added to your shopping bag (note, items in your shopping bag are not reserved for you). You can pay immediately or continue shopping. When you have put everything you want to order in your shopping bag, go to your shopping bag and click on checkout. Finally, follow the steps to pay for your order and your order has been placed! You will then be informed of your order by email.

Forgotten something or entered incorrectly, wrong size or color? No problem, send an email or message as soon as possible after ordering and we will immediately start to adjust your order!

All items on www.amillustrations.com are made to order. What does this mean? When you place an order, we start working here in the studio to make your order, everything is made by ourselves and we combat waste (sustainable). This can take 2/5 days until your order is ready. When your order is complete, it will be sent immediately by post and you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days after sending.
You will be kept informed of your order by e-mail.
When ordering, you can indicate that you want to pick up your order at a PostNL location. If you enter your zip code you will see the nearest locations and you can select one. You can also use the option “evening delivery”. For an additional cost of € 2, your package will be delivered between 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM.

Returns & Exchanges
Is an item not quite to your liking? That can happen. Register your return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in which you state your name, invoice, or order number, item (s), and any reason for return.
You can then send the items (at your own expense) to the following address:

Do not forget to send your invoice (or a copy thereof) with the package of your return shipment. In this way, we can process your return the fastest. As soon as we have received your item and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount within one working day. This also applies to items you bought in the sale.
Processing your return takes a maximum of 1 or 2 working days. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us. After that, it usually takes a few working days for your money to be refunded.

How awful! If the packaging of a delivered product is opened or damaged, the customer must have a note made by the forwarder or delivery person before receipt of the product.
If the customer himself arranges the transport of a product, he must report any visible damage to products or packaging to Anne Miegielsen prior to transport.
